Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Automation Tester to join our QA team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and defect tracking processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.

• Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.

• Identify, log, track, and verify software defects.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and create effective test scenarios.

• Perform API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.

• Maintain and improve automation frameworks.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Generate test execution reports and share testing status with stakeholders.

• Ensure software quality standards and best practices are followed.
